Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Toppio is provided by WEEBA15 LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16684065). Contact: ezeddin@hivefixa.com.

By playing Toppio you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you download Toppio from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement for apps also applies.

2. Your account

• Toppio creates a guest account for you automatically. Keep your device secure: anyone who has it can play your account.
• If you remove the game without a cloud save, or delete your account, your progress may be lost and we cannot bring it back.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete my account.

3. Stars, gems and other game items

• Stars, gems, cannonballs, boosters, upgrades, looks and other game items are a licence to use them inside Toppio. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred.
• We may change how game items work, what they cost in game, or balance the game, for example to keep it fair and fun.
• Items you earn or buy may be removed if you break these terms, for example by cheating.

4. Buying things

• Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Prices are shown in the game before you buy and include VAT where it applies.
• When you buy digital content, you agree that we start supplying it straight away, and you understand that this means you lose the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once it is supplied.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if digital content is faulty.
• One-off purchases of looks and packs can be brought back with Restore purchases. Stars and gems that were used up cannot be restored.

Subscriptions and passes

• Some items, the Gold Pass and the Creator Pass, are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the benefits until the end of the period you paid for.
• Deleting the game or your account does not cancel a subscription.

5. Playing fairly and kindly

When you use Toppio you must not:

• choose a display name, or publish a level or fort, that is rude, hateful, sexual, threatening, or that contains someone's personal details;
• cheat, use bots or modified versions of the game, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players or our servers;
• pretend to be someone else, including us;
• try to buy, sell or trade accounts or game items outside the game.

We may remove content, reset scores, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

6. Things you build and share

You keep ownership of the levels and forts you create. When you publish one, you give us a free, worldwide licence to store it, show it to other players, let them play it, and use it to promote Toppio, for as long as it is published. You can unpublish it, or delete your account, at any time. Only publish things you made yourself.

7. The game itself

• Toppio, its characters, art, music and code belong to WEEBA15 LIMITED. You may play the game for your own personal use; you may not copy, sell or reverse-engineer it.
• We are always improving Toppio, so features, levels and items may change. Online features need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable.

8. Our responsibility to you

We provide Toppio with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or that are caused by your device, your internet connection, or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we ever stop running Toppio's online features, we will give reasonable notice in the game.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the game before it takes effect. If you keep playing afterwards, the new terms apply.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a problem, please email us first; most things can be sorted out quickly.
